Suncraft Rialto Sunrooms & Patios, rialtosunroomsandpatios.com, service@rialtosunroomsandpatios.com

Accepting these terms

These terms cover your use of the Suncraft Rialto Sunrooms & Patios website and any estimate or service you ask for through it. By using the site, calling us or sending a request, you agree to these terms, so please read them before you do.

If you don't agree with them, please don't use the site. You can still reach us by phone at (909) 546-5002 with any questions.

What we do

Suncraft Rialto Sunrooms & Patios is a sunroom contractor in Rialto, CA. We design and build sunrooms, patio enclosures, screen rooms and patio covers for homes in Rialto and the cities around it. The home page lists our services, and our about page explains who we are and how we work.

What you read on this site is general information about the work. It isn't an offer to do a specific job at a specific price. Every house is different, so the details of your job are settled on site and in writing.

Estimates and pricing

We give free quotes on site, with no pressure and no obligation. An estimate is based on what we can see and measure during the visit, and it's good for the time stated on it.

Prices can change if we find something we couldn't see before work started, like damaged framing, a slab that needs repair or conditions that call for different materials. They can also change if you change the design, or if a permit or inspection requires extra work. When that happens, we explain the change and get your approval in writing before we go ahead.

Any figures or cost ranges on this site are general information only. Your written estimate and signed contract set the price for your job.

Scheduling and cancellation

We set a start date with you once the contract is signed, and we'll keep you posted if anything moves it. Weather, material delivery, permit review and inspections can all shift the schedule, and those are outside our control.

If you need to reschedule a visit or a start date, call us or use the contact page as early as you can. Cancellation terms for a signed job, including any notice or cancellation rights the law gives you, are set out in your written contract.

Payment

Payment amounts, due dates and accepted payment methods are listed in your written contract. We don't ask for payment through this website.

If a payment is late, we may pause work until the account is current, after letting you know. Ownership of materials stays with us until they're paid for, to the extent the law allows.

Warranties

Any warranty on our workmanship is stated in your written contract. Products like windows, roofing panels, doors and framing systems carry their makers' warranties, and we'll pass along that paperwork when the job is done.

Apart from those written warranties, this website and its content are provided as is. We don't promise the site will always be available, error free or current, and nothing on it creates a warranty for your job.

Limits on our liability

To the extent the law allows, Suncraft Rialto Sunrooms & Patios isn't liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses that come from using this website or relying on its general information. That includes lost time, lost data or decisions made from the site's content alone.

Our responsibility for work on your house is set by your written contract and by California law. Nothing in these terms limits a right you have under the law that can't be limited by agreement.

If we disagree

If something isn't right, call us first. Most problems get sorted out quickly when we talk them through and come back out to look.

If we can't settle it that way, we'll try good-faith negotiation or mediation before either of us goes to court. Any process set out in your written contract comes first.

Governing law

These terms and any dispute about them are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any court case will be heard in the state or federal courts serving San Bernardino County, unless the law requires otherwise.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time, and the version posted on this page is the one in effect. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the updated terms.

A change to this page doesn't change a contract you've already signed with us.
